BCA Academy consists of schools and departments, each with specific focus to support the development of industry capability:
- School of Academic & Continuing Education (ACE), specialises in academic education and offers academic progression pathways to meet the needs and aspirations of an evolving industry.
- School of Professional & Specialist Education (PSE), provides professional and skills training programmes to industry practitioners to acquire in-depth competencies and capabilities.
- Leadership & Partnership Department (LPD), trains and engage core pool of BE Leaders, as well as enhance case development framework to document collective insights.
