Introduction

This specially tailored training course aims to equip project managers and construction managers with the practical knowledge to enhance productivity on their construction projects.

The programme is a collaboration between BCA Academy and Singapore Contractor Association Ltd (SCAL). It caters to the specific needs of the contractors and builders in managing construction productivity. The course will be conducted over 12 sessions. Each session will last for 3 hours in the evening, twice a week. There will also be a hands-on assignment for the participants to apply the knowledge learnt.

 
Objective

The objectives of this programme are:

•     Provide a practice-oriented training on site productivity management

•     Explain how productivity should be managed as an integral part of the site project management process

•     Equip participants with essential knowledge, process methodologies, tools and techniques in improving productivity.

•     Share with participants the relevant case studies and good practices in managing productivity.


Target Audience

Project Managers, Construction Managers or professionals with similar responsibilities with at least 3 years of working experience in a construction firm in Singapore
