OVERVIEW
Managing Agents play an important role in managing a strata-titled development. With the increasing number of strata-titled developments in Singapore, it is essential for Managing Agents to keep abreast on the governing laws and related procedures on the management of strata-titled developments.
OBJECTIVES
This course aims to provide the awareness of the key provisions in legislations applicable to and have effect on the management of the strata-titled developments. After completion of the course, participants will have better awareness on the requirements and guidelines of various Acts and legislation of managing a strata-titled development.

• Framework on Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
• Building Control Act
• Electricity (Electrical Installation) Regulations
• Environmental Public Health (Swimming Pools) Regulations
• Fire Safety (Fire Safety Manager) Regulations
• Public Utilities (Water Supply) Regulations & Sewage and Drainage Act
• Workplace Safety & Health Act
• The Parks & Trees Act
• ‘Anti-Corruption’ in the Governance of MCST

ASSESSMENT & AWARD
MCQ Online Assessment
Participants are required to complete the MCQ online assessment by 10 December 2024, 2359hrs.
An e-Certificate of Successful Completion (e-CSC) will be issued to participants who meet the attendance requirement and pass the assessments.
