OVERVIEW
The project assignment requires participants to apply their learnings in the five courses to demonstrate their understanding on the planning, management and execution of building projects with collaborative and IPD approach.
OBJECTIVES
Completion of the project assignment allows a student to:
- Demonstrate their practical competence in project management.
- Apply their project management knowledge in a practical real-life project(s).
- Demonstrate intellectual qualities like creative thinking, analytical abilities, and communication skills in any construction projects.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Only those who have successfully completed the five courses (or given exemptions) may apply for Project Assignment. Those who wish to be awarded the Specialist Diploma in Integrated Project Management should meet the following requirements:
• A diploma (min course duration of 2 years) or equivalent qualification or
• NITEC/ Higher NITEC or other relevant certificate with 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
