Sensory Garden

The Sensory Garden is the outdoor part of the Gallery. The garden is used to demonstrate the principles of Universal Designs. It is specifically created to provide visitors an opportunity to pander to their 5 senses within the garden. The sensory garden serves many functions, such as education, socializing, healing and horticultural therapy, through enlivening all our 5 senses.

The design of the sensory garden provides a stimulating journey to heighten our awareness of our 5 senses and enables us to experience and recognise different sights, sounds, textures, smells and tastes in a comfortable and calming environment. There are benches around the park for visitors to rest while listening to the sounds and taking in the sights
and smells.
