OVERVIEW
BCA has been actively promoting the adoption of collaborative contracting to foster stronger collaboration and better integration within the construction value chain in order to accelerate transformative efforts of the Built Environment sector. The 1-day introductory course aims to build up basic and broad-based level of capability in collaborative contracting to raise industry readiness in support of wider adoption.
OBJECTIVES
The course will cover comparison across various collaborative contracting models with traditional contracting models as well as highlight key collaborative contracting principles and considerations for adoption by different projects.
