With the greater adoption of digitalisation, smart technology, and increasing complexity of buildings, facilities and infrastructures, built environment professionals should be equipped with the necessary technical and management skills to manage these facilities, buildings, and infrastructures effectively and productively. This master’s degree aims to prepare students with such skills pertaining to both project management and facilities management.
The progression pathway for the Masters degree is based on stackable manner from Graduate Certificate to Graduate Diploma level. To qualify for the Master of Built Environment, candidate will need to apply and complete one of the Graduate Diploma listed below with a CGPA of at least 3.0:
