Through continuous engagement and working closely with industry stakeholders, the Leadership and Learning Management department (LLM) supports the leadership development of the Built Environment (BE) sector by curating higher impact leadership programmes and events that will accelerate transformation across the value chain.
From sharing of new policy directions and strategic focus areas to discussing emerging issues and trends, the team remains committed to create efficient platforms for greater synergy and alignment with the industry, with the aim to build collective stewardship and foster value chain collaboration and resilience to advance the BE sector.
Facilitating upskill and reskill for the industry
LLM is dedicated to support competency development for the industry. With effective outreach and communication of BCAA programmes to our target audience groups, as well as a full suite of enrolment support, our aim is to provide learners with a smooth learning experience from the moment they register to the day they complete their courses.
