Overview
Renovation works that involve demolition are considered hazardous operations. They require the knowledge and skills to read and understand floor layouts, elevations, sectional plans as well as details of the proposed demolition works. They will be trained to identify key structural members in order to avoid excessive hacking works as well as the proper handling and usage of demolition tools and personal protective equipment.
